We offer group paddleboard sessions, sunset, full moon, destination paddles, youth programs, race training and private & group lessons. Some of our sessions also offer a combined beach workout followed by paddleboarding.......It’s a fun way to incorporate functional fitness & help improve your balance, strength & conditioning while paddling.

Paddleboarding Sessions
* 1 hour sessions
* Complete beginners through advanced exercisers and paddlers
* Expert instruction by Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Lifeguards & Paddlefit Instructors
* All Paddleboards and training equipment provided (Board, Paddle, Leash, PFD)
* Coaching of overall paddle concept, water safety & proper technique

Waiver/Session Packages/ Event tickets can be purchased below after contacted to register and waiver completed

What to bring/wear: Water, towel, bathing suit or athletic clothing wouldn’t mind getting wet, water shoes are optional.

Session Policy: Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to session start. Once group heads out we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Any no shows or sessions not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will forfeit session.

Weather Changes: If there are any changes due to weather conditions, participants will be contacted prior to session. If needed due to weather, sessions will be credited to reschedule for a future session.
